- Sponsorship & Resettlement: Support with Private Sponsorship of Refugees (PSR), Blended VPR, community sponsorship, and dependent family reunification applications.
- Humanitarian & Compassionate Applications: Prepare persuasive H&C submissions for those not eligible for other refugee streams.
- Appeals & Judicial Review Preparation:Assistance with appeals, reconsideration requests, and coordination with counsel for judicial review when needed.
